Dear participants of the Union Presidents’ Workshop,

As you already have been informed, the Incoming Union Presidents’ Workshop will take place on September 6-7, in Budapest, Hungary.

The workshop will take place, and participants will be lodged, at the Novotel Budapest Centrum. The language of the workshop is English.

The Unions are expected to contribute a fixed participation fee of 250€. This is meant to absorb the cost of the accommodation (September 5-7, 2 nights), meals and training. Participants are also asked to cover their travel costs.

Please confirm your participation in the Workshop until June 30th 2019 (siehq@soroptimisteurope.org). A preliminary program will be sent to you in July.

In addition, following the Union Presidents’ Workshop of Saturday 7th of September, you have the opportunity to participate in the Charter Ceremony and the Gala dinner of the SI Club Budapest Corvinus, and guided tours of the city on Sunday 8th of September. The Ceremony and Gala Dinner will take place very close to the hotel - about 5 minutes in taxi.
